When will my order ship & arrive?
Orders ship out within two business days of purchase. We are often very flexible and may ship your order out the same day it is placed. If you need an order to arrive on a specific day or have any specific shipping questions please don't hesitate to contact us in the form below.
If you would like us to delay shipment, just leave us a note in the orders field indicating the day you'd like us to ship and we'll hold off until then.
Delivery times are the following:
- 4-5 business days for shipments to Spain (within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands)
- 5-7 business days for shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- 5-7 working days for shipments to the European Union
- 7-10 working days for shipments to the rest of the world
My order is a gift, how do I add a message?
We would be happy to include a hand written message on a Flora Grubb Gardens note card. You may include the gift message from the shopping cart. Select add gift wrapping for the message option.
You can also add the message while going through the check out process. There will be a place to add order instructions/comments. Please include your message here.
If you already placed your order and need us to add a gift message no problem. Reply back to your order confirmation email with the message and we'll make sure it's included.
Rest assured that prices will not be visible on the order packing slip.
